The Kambala Community Centre occupies the ground floor of one of the blocks on the Estate, at 126 Fawcett Close, and is available for Groups and Individuals to hire.

The Clubroom has seating for up to 36, and a small kitchen area with Tea and Coffee-making facilities, a fridge, and a Microwave/Grill oven.
Since the Clubroom is within a Residential block, we cannot allow amplified or loud Music on the premises, but most other uses will be considered, provided they do not disturb Residents.
Following recent problems, we regret that we no longer hire the Clubroom for Parties (except for small children), and we do not allow alcohol within the Clubroom.
We charge £15/hour for the main room.
If you require heating, there will be an extra £1/hour.
Hire of the Kitchen costs an extra £5/hour.

Booking Deposit must be paid on receipt of the booking invoice, to confirm your reservation. This deposit also acts as your Security Deposit – you will also need to pay the full Hire Charges, no less than 7 days before the date of hire. We encourage hirers to pay Online, using PayPal, or a Credit or Debit card.
The Booking/Security Deposit is £60. The Deposit will be returned within 3 days, following satisfactory inspection of the Clubroom following the event.
We will take out the cost for a cleaner to attend if the room is not cleaned properly after your event.
Bookings cancelled between 14 days and 7 days before the hire date will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled at less than 7 days notice will not receive a refund.
Any hirer who fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed time will be deemed to have cancelled their booking.
Regular groups may choose to “roll over” the Security Deposit from one booking to the next.
