Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

Any Resident of the Kambala Estate can be a member of the Residents’ Association, no matter whether they’re a Freeholder, Leaseholder, Private Tenant, or Council Tenant, and any Resident can apply to be on the RA Committee.

You can download the KERA Constitution and our Code of Conduct,  which you must abide by.

Every year, before April, we have to collect signatures of those Residents who want to be members – so we may knock on your door and introduce ourselves.

We have to have signatures from at least 122 of the 562 households on the Estate, in order for the Council to give us “accredited” status.  The Council also gives us £400, plus £2 per signature, to cover the costs of running the Association (the Committee do not get paid for running the RA).

If you’d like to ask any questions, or tell us you’d like to join, please click on the “Contact Us” link above, and send us a message.  Don’t forget to include your contact details.
